Try a Strida for seven days. If you aren't completely satisfied, return it for your money back minus shipping. Shipping both ways by UPS ground is about $60. (We don't charge shipping at all if you keep the bike). Almost everyone who gets a Strida is very happy with it. When a customer does have an issue with the bike it is almost always to do with the size. If you are over 6'2'' or under 5'4'' the Strida is probably not for you. The seat does adjust to accommodate a range of heights between those two endpoints. Stridas are simple and durable. With proper use you'll be able to ride your Strida for many years with minimal maintainance. In the event the Strida does have a problem, it is backed by a lifetime warranty from Areaware, the US distributor of the Strida. Areaware warrants each new Strida bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Areaware likewise warrants all original components for a period of one year from the date of purchase. (This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty.) This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Areaware - instructions for return are included with every Strida we sell. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. Areaware shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Any labor charges associated with parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty. |
