Shipping Information
All orders are processed within three business days of submission. If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If you do not wish to wait, we will immediately issue a refund. If an item is permanently sold out, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose and will be displayed when checking out. Orders over $100 ship by UPS Ground for free.
We ship to the US and Canada only.
Return Policy
You can return an item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. However, if the item is not defective, shipping will be charged both ways. All returns requires a Return Authorization (RA) form.
Please report Damaged Items to us within 15 days from the date you receive your purchase. A return authorization (RA) form with pre-assigned RA number is required to return items.
Please report Invoice or Shipping Discrepancies to customer service within 15 days of the invoice date. A return authorization (RA) form with pre-assigned RA number is required to return mis-shipped goods.
All returns for damaged or unwanted items must be received in our warehouse within 45 days of the invoice date for credit and must be accompanied by an RA form.
To Return An Item, mark carton “ATTENTION RETURN DEPT”. The Return Authorization number must appear on the carton to the left of the return address. Please indicate whether you prefer us to credit your card or to send a replacement.
A 20% restock fee will be assessed if an incomplete Return Authorization is received or if the item is not in its original packaging.
We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives back to our warehouse greater than 45 days from the invoice date or if it is not accompanied by a Return Authorization. All Strida bikes are warranted by the manufacturer for the life of the original owner. Warranty/return information is included with the bicycle packaging.
